**About the role**:
DHL is hiring a Credit Administration Agent - Cash Application to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will execute back office credit administrative tasks while ensuring the accounts receivable is up to date and reconciled with customer and banks in line with credit policies and guidelines.
Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely, qualitative and efficient processing of bank receipts, checks and cash transfer
- Guarantee effective allocation of payments, credit notes and adjustments to customer invoices
- Manage and process customer remittances advices
- Timely investigate payment related queries
- Investigate and resolve un-allocated & un-applied receipts; and contact customer if required
- Post invoice and bank interfaces to ERP
- Execute timely end-of-month closing activities in line with guidelines provided
- Coordinate any process dependencies with external parties
**Qualifications &**
**Skills***:
- University degree or its equivalent / currently studying Finance, Administration or related
- English intermed.
- Spanish advanced.
- Communication skills (Both verbal & written)
- Good telephone conversation/handling skills
- Good MS excel knowledge
- High customer focus and service orientation
