Today we invite you to join the team and begin your career as a CRAT Lean Champion Manager for the Costa Rica Intel Factory. In this role you will be part of the Manufacturing Leadership Team in CRAT.
The CRAT Lean Champion Manager is responsible for driving and implementing lean manufacturing principles and practices within a CRAT. Their main role is to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and optimize production processes. They work closely with teams and departments to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement strategies, and train employees on lean manufacturing techniques. They also monitor and measure the effectiveness of lean initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and find ways to continuously improve manufacturing operations. Overall, their goal is to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.
**Qualifications**:
Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Related degree.
- 5+ years experience in high volume production operations.
- Advanced English capability on both writing and speaking.
- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Good knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.
- Experience in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- Project Management experience
- Experience managing/leading teams with multi
- disciplinary (or departments) to reach the same goal

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
