**Course Operations Manager**:
360training is seeking a Course Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all course delivery integrations with 3rd party platforms, integration support and course publishing. This individual must be or become extremely familiar with 360's various platforms and integration technologies, including, but not limited to, LCMS, LMS, Websphere, AICC, XAPI, SSO, Rest API and SCORM Cloud. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all third party integrations are setup correctly, tested thoroughly and deployed within current SLA standards. This individual will also be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of 360's courses after release, which includes publishing, swapping, and retiring courses as per the needs of the business. This individual must be extremely savvy with the aforementioned platforms and protocols to support this hyper-critical part of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Course publishing, republishing and retirement.
- Setting up, testing and deploying various third-party course delivery integrations such as SCORM Cloud, AICC, XAPI, SSO, and Rest API. Technical department support will be available for some of these, and the Course Operations Manager is expected to proactively manage such resources until the integration is successfully completed.
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of integration "best practices" standards and operating procedures
- Providing various teams, such as marketing and sales, with guidance and support when new courses or course swaps or integrations are requested.
- Supporting 3rd party resellers and vendors with course and integration issues.
- Taking full ownership of the course life cycle, from release to publishing or replacement or retirement.
- Being a customer advocate and vocal leader regarding the development of course publishing and integrations policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of online course life cycle management and support experience
- At least 2 years of management-level or project-management experience.
- Extremely organized, with an innate ability to translate complex requirements into simple-to-understand instructions and written documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player, with a strong desire to lead and support others.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Degree in e-Learning technology (equivalent work experience may be a sufficient if a degree is unavailable)
- Strong technical understanding of online course delivery integration technologies: this includes LMS and LCMS platform management experience, and AICC/XAPI/SSO/Rest API/SCORM Cloud.
- Extensive experience managing Rustici's family of products: Engine and SCORM Cloud, in particular.
- Proficient in Agile project management and the JIRA project management platform.
