**Summary**:
In this role, you will orchestrate teams to deliver on all associated components on taking concepts from idea stage through to implementation, as well as crafting valuable relationships with the key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams to build and deliver key programs that are scalable and tailored to partner growth.
**Responsibilities and Scope**:

- Managing strategic initiatives, projects, and programs to ensure agility, scale, and accessibility
- Delivers against and further define metrics to ensure the programs are exceeding all the necessary objectives
- Manages and distributes project critical metrics, establish regular reporting and measurement cadence to desired business outcomes
- Work globally, while understanding local nuances to drive best practices

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years' experience working with high-performing enablement and or education teams.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities are critical.
- Experience in partner & customer enablement within a high-tech company
- Strong understanding of the channel partner eco-system and partner programs
- Demonstrated prioritization of demands from multiple internal customers with the ability to make tough, data-driven trade-offs
- Strong consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
