**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience working with high-performing enablement and or education teams.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and operational capabilities are critical.
- Experience in partner & customer enablement within a high-tech company
- Strong understanding of the channel partner eco-system and partner programs
- Demonstrated prioritization of demands from multiple internal customers with the ability to make tough, data-driven trade-offs
- Strong consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
