As Employee Experience Student Worker, you will be part of the Costa Rica Assembly and Test group (CRAT) and will report to CRAT People Systems manager directly. The CRAT Employee Experience (EExO) team works with global Intel Assembly, Test and Human Resources stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class employee experience programs that touches all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention. This team is responsible for developing, implementing, and running employee experience programs that drive engagement, recognition, well-being, and diversity and inclusion across CRAT organization impacting 800+ employees. As an employee experience student worker in CRAT Employee Experience Office team, your role will be key to generate an engaging event for Costa Rica Assembly and Test employees to improve their experiences while working at Intel. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support the CRAT organization by designing and actioning engaging employee events yearly strategy that increases employee's motivation and moral.
- Assist with the design and execution of Great Place to Work strategies for manufacturing and engineering employees.
- Support CRAT People Systems team with internal communications strategy as well.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration (Human Resources will be a plus) or any Communications field.
- Intermediate English Level.
- 1+ year experience in Usage of Microsoft Tools (word, outlook, power point, etc.)
- Willing to remain an active student for at least 1 year.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with people/employee events.
