Gualapack, a leading Flexible Packaging Company with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation and social responsibility, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven FAC Manager to join our core team in Costa Rica plant.

**Costa Rica - Financial, Administration & Control Manager**:
**Job purpose**:
Manage and control the economic and financial resources of the company to work with the best conditions of cost, liquidity, profitability and security, in addition to developing and supervising administrative processes.

**Main responsibilities**:
Manage all processes of the accounting cycle.

Manage tax compliance required according to current regulations.

Manage external auditor relationships to facilitate completion annual audits.

Lead preparation of the annual budget, perform financial management duties including generating financial data, analysis, compiling, and submitting reports.

Validate production costs

Ensure adequate process of payment of remunerations, on a weekly and biweekly basis

Responsible for all administrative, financial and tax aspects related to the Free Trade Zone regime of the company, as well as the preparation of annual operations reports.

**Key cometences**:
Finance and/or Accounting professional. CPA or other local accounting certification is a plus

Experience in Free Zone Regime and tax procedures.

Advanced level of English is required B2+

Strong demonstrated use of Excel.

Minimum 5 years holding similar positions, ideally in manufacturing companies.
