Costa Rica Assembly Test Manufacturing Shift Manager

**Qualifications**:
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree on technical/science or related field.
- Demonstrated capability in building and driving a strong safety, quality, delivery, and team culture.
- 5 + years of experience in manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience managing teams that accomplish operational and technical results and continuous improvement. Proven track record in people management with positive feedback for themselves and the organization.
- Advanced English capability on both writing and speaking.
- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.

Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge on Factory Physics
- Lean Six Sigma Experience.
