The Cost and Inventory GPO team within Corporate Accounting Office is responsible of the design and execution of Intel's inventory processes.

We are amid a tremendous amount of change and this role will play a big part into defining and designing the future state of how we operate within Cost and Inventory. As we start Intel's biggest transformation into our IDM 2.0 Foundry model, the GPO team is designated to identify, design, and deliver Cl capabilities and processes to meet new business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be front and center as we enable Intel's future.

**The Cost and Inventory Close Lead is under IDM2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) and plays a key role within the Cost & Inventory (CI)Global Process Owner group, responsibilities may include but not be limited to**:

- Manage inputs, execute IAO close and drive automation processes that adheres to Intel's CI processes under IAO guidelines for financial reporting.
- Manage constant communication with partner CI teams to ensure smooth close process.
- Partner to solve and adhere to revenue, cost, and inventory policies and standards.
- Develop tools and reports to deliver analytic insights into CI to spot trends and anomalies and align business drivers with the data to enable decision making.
- Build efficient and scalable processes for close cycle reporting and future support models by training other teams to ensure IAO becomes the norm for Intel.

- Problem-solving: Identify breakdowns, analyze potential causes, create innovate solutions. IAO is fast moving and dynamic environment.
- Stakeholder management and Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and operational teams to align priorities, synchronize plans, lead, and engage the right experts to design across functions, and influence recommended changes to optimize solutions.
- Influencing: This role is individual contributor but also will work through others in the org as we build this capability. Must be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Communication skills: Skills to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders including finance, IT, accounting, audit, legal, and other stakeholders. Skills to present concise and impactful messages to senior leaders.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Science or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience with finance systems and processes.
- Advanced English level: verbal, writing and reading.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

**Prefer Qualification**:

- Knowledge in Cost & Inventorying Accounting.
- Power BI Dashboards.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
**In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
