The Corrigo System Administrator supports the client and account leadership team through system administration, data analysis, and process documentation. The role will analyze and process data and system changes from external users (including facility managers, coordinators, etc) as well as escalate requests that may require additional solutioning. The system administrator is part of a global team and may specialize in certain tasks. The System Administrator will administer the facility management system, Corrigo, at the direction of the account's Global Corrigo Operations Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Corrigo data administration requests in partnership with the other global Corrigo Administrators
- Supports system and user process documentation; developing new documentation as required and updates to existing documentation.
- Request system changes via Corrigo Data Governance Process
- Configuration of system notification messages, print formats, and other inbound/outbound communication mechanisms.
- Develop and deploy inspection forms supporting the building engineering team.
- Audit existing assets and schedules to conform with data and program standards.
- Update PM/RM schedules including data import/exports
- Proactively identify trends in data requests or system usage that may require training or new solutions.
**Education**
- High School or Equivalent: preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office
- SharePoint administration experience a plus.
- Superior customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints without direct supervision
