**Responsabilities**:
- Develop and lead a CGA strategy and team across multiple markets, leveraging synergies where possible
- Communications: Support and execute the internal and support external strategy for market/category focused reputation opportunities across the cluster. Counsel, guide and coach Market leaders communications. Drive market and category comms plan according to business priorities. Engage directly in high-risk / high-opportunity situations..
- Public Affairs: Counsel, guide and coach Market leaders on PA topics. Lead high-risk situations. High-level engagement in trade association meetings and proactive participation in critical forums. Oversight of market political calendar and monthly risk mapping.
- Develop and implement public affairs strategy for market/category and establish tailor-made action plans according to the emerging issues.
- Manage business critical emerging issues, lobbying on behalf of the company.
- Assess risks to the business issues mapping and action plans.
- Monitor government and regulatory landscape and inform CGA and BU leadership of emerging issues.
- Maintain close collaboration with SARA team to ensure alignment and partnership
- Manage a wide network (direct and indirect) of key stakeholders critical for the business and ability to create and strengthen permanently key relationships
- Develop strategic partnerships with key NGOs focused on driving wellbeing agenda and ensure responsible deployment of resources
- Oversee strategic volunteerism agenda focused on select, critical efforts
- Partner with internal and external communication peers to ensure company wellbeing is key part of local and regional storytelling
- Articulate sustainability initiatives connected with the business and aligned w/ Sustainability Manager
- Engage on key strategic projects in markets
- Oversee global and regional reporting efforts on behalf of cluster.
- May play role on regional / global teams and projects, such as COEs and REPs
