**What We'll Bring**:
Content Management and LMS Administration:
- 3-5 Years of Cornerstone Administrator Knowledge
- Load and replace training content per stakeholder requirements.
- Upload, distribute, and track courses, job aids, and other training materials, ensuring they are correctly assigned and available in multiple languages.
- Build online assessments, evaluations, and report on the results in the LMS.
- Create ILT events, sessions, and communications.
- Identify and recommend best practice for delivering training.
- Strong knowledge of course authoring software with the ability to troubleshoot eLearning courses, triggers, and settings.
- Extensive knowledge of SCORM requirements, reporting 2.0, creating customized reports and dashboards.
- Understand project management fundamentals and strong project management skills.
Ongoing LMS Maintenance:
- Manage the loading of ongoing training content, working with stakeholders to estimate and track the time required for content management.
- Address Learning Transfer Objectives (LTO) challenges, including last-minute content approvals and course reworks.
- Support additional training initiatives for the organization, i.e., regulatory compliance, technical training, DEIB.
- Maintain all system environments, Production, Pilot, and Stage.
- Daily review and correction of Edge data migration tools and integrations.
- Support all third-party integrations into the LMS such as Zoom, Ping, Workday, and LinkedIn Learning.
- Monthly security permission approval, assignments, and revoking when appropriate.
- Perform system tests to ensure seamless content flow and accessibility.
- Perform quarterly audits of the LMS catalog, review and deactivate outdated content.
- Own the quarterly release process from reviewing new features and enhancements to regression testing and stakeholder communication of changes.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
