What You Will Achieve
The Core HR Services, Global Process & Operations Sr Associate, will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects that enable the best service provided by the Pfizer Colleague Service Center.
Collaborates so the Pfizer Colleague Service Center provides high-quality transactional operations, and colleague/managers ability to contact their respective Service Center.
Additionallyu, this position will provide support to the CHRS FUSE team to implement changes to the Case Management System to ensure the best Colleague experience.
How You Will Achieve It
- Provideing approvals for needed resources for new onboarding IBM agents, and manages regular audit of security access.
- Administering IBM resources in Get Access System, ensuring proper creation, termination, and renewals.
- Manageing Reporting technology related to the PCSC operations.
Owning the design, functionality, and Continuous Improvement process
- Overseeing Pfizer Training requirements for IBM agents.
- Acting as Back-up for CHRS team on Fuse Agile Squads.
- Supporting gathering of requirements and submitting requests via Squad/PMO.
- Supporting the testing of requirements submitted.
- Acting as Back-up on CHRS for Fuse release governance PMOs
- Completing CHRS impact assessments for Fuse releases, assists with activities required for implementation of releases
- Partnering with necessary collaborators for communications and training requirements related to Fuse
- Completing BAU processes for use of Fuse (i.e.
Admin activities for skills).
- Partnering with CHRS peers on reporting needs required from Fuse.
- Partnering with CHRS peers on optimization efforts which can be solved using Fuse.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR Admin / Technology or another related field.- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR Operations related activities in a Shared Services environment
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with third-party vendor(s) and stakeholders to improve service performance
- Experience initiating and leading continuous improvement activities
- Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and work in a matrixed, global environment.
- Proficient in English spoken and written.
Nice-to-Have- Desirable experience with case management tools
