The Data Mgt Ops Intm Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.Responsibilities:Ensures proper management for all cases assigned to the Core HR Delivery - Global EIB assignment groups within agreed SLA goalsPerforms analysis, validation, and documentation of current and future state in relation to employee data and payroll/compensation changes prior to and post completion of mass uploadsDevelops end-to-end understanding of Workday EIB, PECI, Integration processing, balancing incoming and outgoing EIB, PECI, IntegrationsDevelops documentation to support system changes and update procedures accordinglyIdentifies process improvements and execute testing and implementationParticipates in project/testing work as needed - creating, managing, and analyzing system documentation for testingPrepare reports and administrative requirements that may be required of the Core HR Delivery Global EIB teamIndependently provides internal and/or external market metric analytics to be utilized by entire function and/or client group.Applies professional judgment to analyze complex data for segmentation based on different customer behaviors.May focus on a specialized area of analytics.Reviews and analyzes various data management items including data quality issues, production reviews, data trending reports and metrics, as well as ad hoc investigations of the data repository.Uses discretion to recommend what queries and database reports would benefit client group.Prepares data quality reports and presents analytical findings to management that may have potentially broad business impact.Exchanges potentially complex/sensitive information.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years relevant experienceExperience with Workday EIB and HR preferredDemonstrates thorough knowledge of products and servicesProficient in Microsoft OfficeProven organization and time management skillsDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.Education:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
