**About the Role**:
As an Enrollments Coordinator, you'll be assisting with troubleshooting and researching miscellaneous cases, taking on various Enrollments projects, assisting with clearinghouse follow up, and a point of contact for various payer and clearinghouse queues.
**Your Area of Focus**:
- Primary resource for clearinghouse reports and miscellaneous payer, team, and clearinghouse queues
- Assist with developing new SOPs, processes, and trainings to improve department workflow and knowledge base
**Your Professional Qualifications**:
- Domain experience in either healthcare, technology, or both preferred, but not required
- Proven dedication to delivering excellent customer service
- Sufficient knowledge of enrollment processes
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Enrollment processes and procedures
- Strong quality of individual cases
- Works well with other team members - collaborates and is unafraid to request assistance
- Ability to work positively under pressure
- Ability to stay organized - meeting deadlines, tracking contacts, following up with customers and ensuring timely response
- Ability to work in an environment with incomplete clarity and be able to leverage other employees and tools to solve issues
- Ability to identify systemic issues and make recommendations for future improvements
- Approachability and patience for all coworkers and customers alike
