Additionally, you will partner with and support actuarial to issue and announce pricing changes to customers.Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, product quality and timeliness.- Communicating changes to policy forms, rules and pricing, along with guidance in issuing and rating policies to customers.- Proofreading a variety of electronic products, relying on house style, established procedures and grammatical intuition to prompt needed and appropriate change.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and internal consistency. Demonstrate initiative and commitment to identify and correct problems that arise.- Prioritizing and modify plans to address changing needs. Monitor and communicate workload to ensure customer timeframes are successfully met.- Collaborating with all stakeholders including Product Development, Product Compliance, Law Department, Government Relations, Actuarial, Publication Support, etc., inviting perspectives, contributions, and partnerships within the team, the unit, the company, and with our customers and business partners.- Partnering with the product teams to bring new products to market.**Additional Skills**:- Learning Focused: Demonstrate commitment to continuously improve, learn and add new skills.
