**Role Purpose**
Shape, drive and manage the sales function and its team to deliver business growth and profitability, develop customer relationships and increase loyalty, improve competitive positioning by optimizing own resources and by leveraging other functions in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
**Scope & Base Location**
Central and South Americas - CSA and can be based in any CSA Express Country (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay y Venezuela).
**Main Accountabilities**
- Analyzing cost data.
- Identify areas of cost efficiency.
- Developing cost-saving initiatives and strategies to implement them in countries.
- Monitoring forecast and budget adherence. Ask for deviations.
- Stablish actions with countries to get relevant information to accomplish area goals.
- Implementation of actions to improve cost trends.
- Handling & adherence to documents as Express Controlling Manual and Detailed Account Descriptions.
- Conduct financial reviews and recommend actions to improve accounting handlings if apply.
- Give constant feedback to CSA management board about cost details and ground productivity.
- Be a bridge between CSA countries and Americas Regional Office in terms of information requirements.
- Preparate and participate in a monthly call with Regional Office to review the OPS Cost performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar roles, 2-3 years of experience.
- Career completed in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and CREST information cubes.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to organize, manage, and administer process and initiatives across the area.
- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing and in a business setting
- Ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Organizational and high-level planning skills.
