**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as Compliance queries and solutions, resolve data management cases, Contracts complex situations and non-standard cases.
- Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
- Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required, Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
- Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Project Management skills and customer relationship management
- Power BI dashboard creation
- Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Ability to empathize with customers and tailor solutions to their unique requirements
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
