Responsible for leading and developing a team ranging from 10- 20 agents that are responsible to deliver business objectives in the contract-to-order value chain such as revenue enablement, cycle times, quality, and master data management in the corporate platforms.
This role is responsible for all day-to-day efforts to ensure compliance on the workload and deliver exceptional results, play a collaborative role with up and downstream teams to ensure compliance with Equifax business rules and regulations as well as support business transformation in a consultative role.
**What you'll do**
- Manage and monitor ongoing team performance through adherence to Equifax requirements and policies, and document and organize team productivity against established standards.
Complete regular management reports, as required.
- Maintain one-on-one and coaching meeting routines with direct reports, appropriate use of disciplinary procedures as required, analyze team production metrics to monitor efficiency/productivity, and identify proactive opportunities for improvement/development.
- Contribute and resolve complex tasks, requests, escalations, and issues accurately in a timely manner to offer optimal solutions.
Respond accurately and timely to the on-demand request from the Business Owner
- Partner with key resources in the Business Units, Center of Excellence, and Shared Services Center to identify potential process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with technology, RPA, and system owners to improve processes for contact-to-order activities to ensure master data integrity and systems integration for a smooth data flow and world-class client experience.
**What experience you need**
- 2+ years of experience working in Shared Services or BPO multinational environments.
- 1+ years of experience working as a people manager and developing cross-functional teams.
- High school bachelor's degree diploma.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written (B2 Belt).
**What could set you apart**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field like Engineering, Project Management, etc.
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Apps (I.e., Jira, Onboarding, RPA, ACRO, etc.).
- Proofed experience in automating and optimizing processing in B2B environments.
