Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Contract Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will support new contract terms requests from internal stakeholders, leveraging standard contract language clauses and assisting in formulating new deals. This position involves a combination of contract writing and exhibit management, ensuring that all contractual documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contract Support: Assist in the preparation and formulation of new contract terms. Coordinate with the legal team for the review and approval of new terms.
- Exhibit Management: Oversee holistic exhibit management, including process definition and management. Collect and consolidate requirements for field empowerment, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Field Empowerment Coordination: Organize, collect, and consolidate field requests for new empowerments or updates. Manage requests for EmpGuide entries and alternate clauses.
- Exhibit Migration: Support the migration of existing exhibits to MDM (Master Data Management) and participate in the testing of related processes to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all contractual exhibits and related processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, legal documentation, or related role.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using contract management software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with legal processes and standard contract language.
- Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
- Knowledge of field empowerment processes and requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, English B2+ or higher.
