Post Contract Management-PCM is a group within Intel's Corporate Credit organization that is responsible for managing payable and receivable transactions associated with Intellectual Property contracts, Transition Services Agreements-TSAs, legal settlements and Patent purchases.
PCM maintains a tight partnership with Finance, Business development, and external customers/suppliers to ensure that fair contract terms are created and executed effectively, maintaining legal compliance.
**As a Contract Compliance Analyst, your responsibilities may include**:
- Create vendor setup / updating information as needed.
- Manage Account Integrity and Performance to Critical Success Indicators.
- Facilitate monetary execution in accordance with Intel's Terms and conditions to ensure timely payment and collection of Intel agreement obligations and legal fees stemming from Intel investments.
- Resolves all account discrepancies raised by the vendor or customer.
- Drive Continuous Process Improvements and Reporting Capability.
- Maintain and update all payments and collections related processes.
- Publishes regular performance indicators and trend analysis.
- Stay informed and abreast of industry trends and vendor/customer developments.
- Able to handle special process improvements as needed in a BPM framework, which may include documentation of processes, systems enhancements and other efficiencies, etc.
- Deliver Results through Value-Add Business Partnering.
- Contribute to decision making process impacting IP contract related activities.
- Partner with the business to maximize Free Cash Flow opportunities.
Develop and maintain an ongoing understanding of the product strategies of the business units employing technology IP contracts.
- Influence the business and provides contract interpretation guidelines to both internal and external customers.
- Preserves and manages strategic agreement details essential to mitigate financial exposure related to settlements, audits, and global tax matters.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of relevant accounting, finance and/or cost experience.
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Excel level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Legal or audit experience a plus
- Working knowledge with Power BI
- Legal terminology knowledge, good to read and understand legal contracts is a plus
