This role will guarantee process compliance through developing different analysis base on KPI's and metrics results to drive process improvement ideas & execution.**Reports to**:Head Operations**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial**Geographic Scope**:GBS HR AmSSa - Costa Rica**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Drive analysis and insights based on KPI's and data results.- Identifies and actively pursues business opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of GBS business strategy.- Review and lead on a monthly basics of KPI & metrics results with HR Ops and HoF.- Lead and coach problem solving's sessions & action plans with the services lines.- Guarantee process compliance, Quality procedures, measurements, analysed and reported so that timely accurate and relevant Quality data can be issued to ensure process compliance and be audit ready.- Support, develop and guarantee projects ideas execution.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- 3+ year of analytical & reports generation.- Analysis and Insights base on KPI's and data results.- Trigger process improvement ideas & execution.- Guarantee process's compliance and KPI Cycle.- Must have proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.- Strong Influencing, leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. - Stakeholder Engagement.- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative.- Excel, Power BI and Six Sigma knowledge.- Communication skills - English Advanced.- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related fields.**BENEFICIAL**- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.- Design Thinking, Agile and Alteryx knowledge.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
