Continuos Improvement Internship

Our Continuous Improvement Team within our Treat Operations Business Unit would like to offer an internship for university students or recently graduated.
Typically, the Continuous Improvement Team performs the following tasks:

- _ Improving our operational excellence_
- _ Promoting the problem solving mindset_
- _ Improving effectiveness of our processes & systems_

The main activities for the intern will be:

- Support program ambassadors and employees on the developing of ideas & projects.
- Measure ideas against results and calibrate project impact
- Collaborate with program Steering Committee activities and training.
- Program reporting support

The intern would be assigned to lead a specific project that will aim to complement her/his university studies with practical experience

**Requirements**:

- Recently graduated or student of last semester of a Industrial Engineering Degree, Business Administration or any other related field university degree.
- Bilingual English - Spanish

**The opportunity**:

- Duration: 6 months
- Shift: 24 hrs a week from Monday to Friday (Flexible Schedule)
- Internship require to be at the office (No from home scheme)
