You will play a critical role within Western Union's Consumer Protection program by reviewing agents and service providers to assess their exposure for consumer protection related risks.
You'll also review and analyse consumer complaint data to identify consumer protection related trends and issues.
This position works both independently and as part of a team of other analysts.
Degree-educated or having relevant financial services experience, you will be confident in managing and prioritizing your workload, have great IT and communication skills, an analytical mind, and an understanding of the Global Money Remittances industry.
Your attention to detail, organization and self-starting are key personality traits that will help you succeed in this position.
You will have the ability to communicate concisely and effectively both orally and in writing.
You'll possess solid analytical problem solving and decision-making skills and a strong ability to build cooperative working relationships with internal business partners.
Your willingness to take on new projects and support multiple team functions will be vital to your success as well as your adaptability to changing priorities and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations as well as trends and issues is preferred.
