The OCC is responsible for influencing and building long-term partnerships with dental professionals to make Colgate oral care products an integral part of their practice, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental office, and actively recommend most often to their patients.
This position acts as a direct interface with accounts in an assigned geographic territory (different types of accounts exist and are defined as general dental and specialty practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental clinics, dental schools, pharmacies and dental distributors/depots).
The OCC will achieve predetermined brand usage, recommendation and account sales* KPI's that align with annual territory budget goals.
1.
Develop and support the partnership between Colgate and groups of accounts (general and specific dental practices, government accounts, private accounts, dental hospitals, public health centers, dental schools, pharmacies and distributors / dental depots) in an established territory.

Influence and develop relationships with the target audience to achieve business results in recommendations, prescription and sales

Explore and use insights to better understand the needs of professionals / accounts.
Develop deep knowledge about dentistry/oral health.
5.
Classify, categorize and optimize the number of consulting offices, pharmacies and other accounts in the specified territory - Update continuously the CRM database with relevant account information.

Develop and implement specific strategies for contact with accounts that are in line with the PRO2020 recommendations
7.
Implement sales planning, marketing and promotional activities to ensure the purchase of the Colgate brand product for use in dentists' offices and dental schools in the assigned territory.
8.
Work closely with distributors / dental and pharmaceutical depots if necessary to ensure product orders are complete, correct and delivered on time to ensure Colgate's reputation for best-in-class customer service
9.
Understand the weaknesses of competing products and ethically convince and convert accounts to Colgate technologies for better patient outcomes.
**Range of Qualifications**
Level of Education: Bachelor degree (Dentistry, Administration, Marketing)
Years of Experience (range): required at least 1 year in similar positions
Functional Experience and Technical Skills: Intermediate English, Basic excel intermediate
