Fueled by best-in-class data and innovative technology we help businesses make smarter decisions, identify consumers, make decisions on loans, market to prospects and collect.**Job Description**:**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.- Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.- Prepares and processes program billing.- Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.- Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems**Qualifications**:**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.- 2 - 3 years Customer Service related experience.- Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.- Knowledge of PC office software tools.- Excel Intermediate- Good knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.- Good analytical and problem solving skills.- Good organizational and project management skills.Strong customer service skills.Additional Information**Culture at Experian****Our uniqueness is that we truly value yours.**Experian's culture, people, and environments are key differentiators.
