**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or related field with +3 years of experience in: Project Construction Management or Engineering Tool Owner or equivalent construction leadership expertise.
- Masters degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of experience in: Project Construction Management or Engineering Tool Owner or equivalent construction leadership expertise.
- 5+ years of tool install experience or equivalent construction leadership expertise will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Advanced English level.
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and expertise in the installation of process tool equipment.
- Medium, large-scale projects, and program management.
