**About the role**:
**Your Responsibilities Include**:
- Oversees the planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
- Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
- Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
- Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
- Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
- Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
- Assists in development and maintenance of short-term and long-term facilities space plan.
- May be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and planning preventative maintenance.
- Trains to BSC facilities project management procedures and ensures capital is management in accordance with all BSC financial processes.
- Manages the Value Engineering process to ensure project budgets are being met.
- Schedules and coordinates design toll gate reviews with BSC Global Real Estate and Facilities.
- Provides monthly project read-outs to key project stakeholders, both at local and global levels.
- Participates in the Global Construction community of practice to share best practices and learn from the best practices of others. Ensure that BSC's Environment, Health and Safety departments are engaged throughout the project lifecycles.
- Ensure that all permits need for the project are approved prior start of construction.

- ISO8 Cleanrooms
- Compressed Dry Air

- Process Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Building Management System / Environmental Monitoring System

A seasoned, experienced professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in Facilities project management. Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular field to resolve complex issues in creative ways. Knowledge of other related disciplines, including civil engineering, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and controls. Uses in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross group dependencies/relationships. Is recognized as an expert in the work group.

Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
