We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS in
**Heredia, Costa Rica.
**
**Summary***:
Knowledge in projects and civil construction, preparation of budgets and estimates, legal approval of projects, living in corporate works, elaboration of descriptive memories, follow-up of works, preparation of estimates, monitoring reports, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
**Your tasks**:
- Participate in the preparation of proposals for new internal projects;
- Do surveys and evaluations on other sites, and generate detailed reports of their facilities;
- Elaboration of estimates and budgets (works and improvements);
- Generate internal monitoring reports (indicators);
- Inspection of works.
- Share and implement best practices in conjunction with Facilities Fields;
- Participate in the preparation of proposals for new projects in conjunction with BD and SD;
- Remotely or face-to-face support for operational startups and shutdowns, in line with management immediate;
- Search for, develop and implement innovative technologies
- Conduct surveys / evaluations and generate detailed reports of the current conditions of the premises and equipment;
- Standardize and improve processes;
- Generate financial gains and cost reductions through technical improvements;
- Meet the standards of Quality, Safety and Environment;
- May have responsibility for specific business area/ team or service
- Ensure delivery of own service for own area to set standards, targets and schedules
- Take a lead role in the cost control and/or profitability of an operation / service, identifying and developing opportunities to decrease costs or grow revenue or profit
- Encourage and support open and direct communications within their team and with others, communicating complex or difficult messages effectively
- Knowledgeable in main products, services and business processes of their key business and basic knowledge of all other divisions
- Identify main business drivers and operational and commercial realities and draws implications for performance and vice versa
- Follow discussions with business partner / customer
- Use solid knowledge of real estate terminology and principles in the specific area of expertise
- Use a range of change management skills primarily centered around ACT tools and techniques for driving change
- Project definition and scope management.
Record and track project scope requirements
- Project planning to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Demonstrating financial control.
Maintain all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements and identify and develop opportunities to reduce costs or grow revenue or profit.
**Your profile**:
- Relevant University Degree e.g.
in Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate related field
- Bilingual: English/ local language as needed
- 2-5 years of relevant Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience
