Job Title Comunication Specialist**Job Description**:Communication SpecialistSupport the internal communication strategy.**Your role**:Coordinate the communication operative team, implement quality control techniques, provide creative advice in communication processes, lead internal projects, coordinate activities related with the Communication Commission and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the communication department.As part of the communication department will collaborate with different stakeholders from the different departments of Costa Ricas manufacturing plant.Philips enjoys a hybrid work environment, balancing in person interaction with colleagues and peers with the ability to work remotely.
