The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the Security Development Lifecycle Essentials (SDLe) specialist.The role requires operating within the Intel Product Assurance Security (IPAS) Recipe book. It oversees, coordinates, and tracks various SDL requirements phases to ensure security and privacy throughout the product lifecycle. This function brings visibility to milestones, dependencies, mitigations, and status that comprise the SDL requirements.This role aims to establish and build trust in Intel products via security IPs using the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) to help drive high-quality security outcomes for Intel's products. It also influences continuous improvements by evaluating the SDL process and rollout of best practices. This role will be provided with the SDLe and associated trainings.Primary responsibilities of the role include and are not limited to the following:- SDLe level monitoring and tracking, along with ensuring team adoption and compliance, training, tracking, closure, and issue resolution for architecture, design, and validation teams.- Ability to take SDLe action on what is required, follow up, update delivery dates, and collaborate with stakeholders.- Employ mandated IPAS requirements, CSG indicators, and manage SDLe programs for on-time delivery.- As necessitated and in collaboration with PM Team direct request from FST customers to appropriate SDLe task owner.- Record/Submit new IP programs in SDLe and assign appropriate FST owners based on the team input.- Ability to enforce SDLe requirements per program through influence and if required quick education awareness, samples, and demonstrations.- Creates presentation for GM/VP of the FST organization.- Work with SPL and the team in filing Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).- Work with SPL for exception filings.Behavioral traits desired for this position:- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Proven experience in influencing senior technical contributors.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications**:- 2+ years of work experience in information technology or other areas.- 2+ years in program management in semiconductor or other technology-related areas.- Track record of success of on-time/on-budget program delivery required.- Demonstrated proficiency with Project Management / Agile tools, concepts and methodologies required.- Advanced English level.**Preferred Qualifications**:- This function has proven experience serving in Product Lifecyle Management.- Experience in managing relationships with various cross-functional roles and responsibilities.- Proven experience serving in a technical program management capacity handling multiple initiative.- Proven track record of success facilitating collaborative decision making and product security and privacy involving managers and directors.- Ability to create dashboards and manage multi-level projects.**Inside this Business Group**In the Design Engineering Group (DEG), we take pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel's products.
