Key job responsibilities
Our team is seeking a Compliance Risk Specialist to join our Seller Compliance Enablement unit focusing on streamlining our sellers' experience as they navigate compliance requirements.

About the team
At our core, we strive to empower our Selling Partners in providing customers with the widest range of safe and compliant products. To achieve this, we focus on several key areas:
1. Ensuring that our catalog selection WW only offer products that meet safety and compliance standards.

2. Swiftly addressing and resolving any risks associated with unsafe and non compliant products.

3. Creating a positive and seamless experience for our Selling Partners to meet their compliance obligations.

4. Enhancing external stakeholders' perception of our ability to offer safe products.

Heredia, H, CRI
- 5+ years experience in program or project management
- Experience with Environmental compliance and regulations
- Education or certification background such as; Six Sigma, Lean Techniques, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Demonstrated experience and success in Operations oriented projects.
- Demonstrated success working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Ability to define Program Management strategies; ability to deliver independently, with limited guidance and structure.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained
