Associate Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations
As an Associate at Convera based in our Lindora-Santa Ana office, you will be fully trained to investigate and analyze corporate customers to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies.
After gathering all the required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursue or terminate the business relationship with them.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Ensuring all new or existing corporate customers meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Updating profiles of our customer accounts and keeping records up-to-date.
- Efficient internal communication to gather KYC information.
- Keeping internal procedural documentation up-to-date.
- Supporting your colleagues and management with training new staff, audit requests, projects, documentation, and additional ad-hoc tasks.
- Post-secondary education degree
- Relevant experience in Operations, Know Your Customer, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and client-centric mindset.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use analytical skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal, targets.
