This role analyzes facts and prepares documents that meet internal and external deadlines and company quality standards. Must have an ability to understand complex consumer issues and company processes, conduct root cause analysis, and appropriately document company records. Must identify and escalate concerns and articulate findings in a clear and concise manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.RESPONSIBILITIESTrack, investigate and prepare responses to consumer complaints.Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes.Process administrative material and tasks.Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company.Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION: High School Diploma FIELD OF STUDY: General EducationEXPERIENCE: 1-2 years' experience in Financial Services related fieldKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Excellent written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskProficiency with MS Office productsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Bachelor's FIELD OF STUDY: Business or Related FieldEXPERIENCE: 2+ years in Financial Services or Legal related fieldCERTIFICATION(S): Paralegal CertificateKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA or other regulatory trainingWhat We Offer We understand the important balance between work and life, fun and professionalism, and corporation verse community.
