**Position Overview**:
The North America Compensation Administration team oversees the administration of Corporate, People Services, and CCNA compensation programs. We are accountable for delivering compensation-related transactional services according to operating level agreements. Our team validates and ensures the accuracy of compensation data for our client groups through compensation data audits during the rewards cycle and year-round. We assist Total Rewards, SBPs, and managers during the annual reward cycle and on an ongoing basis with base pay recommendations for job changes and new hires. Additionally, we support our clients with data analysis and compensation-related projects. Our focus is resolving on-demand compensation inquiries from internal customers promptly while maintaining outstanding associate and customer experience.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Process compensation changes for hourly rate increases, promotions, demotions, and lateral moves in a timely manner.
- Generate base pay recommendations for Corporate, People Services, and CCNA associates and create offer letters for US and Canada-based associates.
- Conduct compensation data validation and audits, regularly reviewing data in Workday, researching, and coordinating with data administration teams to resolve issues.
- Support the annual reward cycle audits and processes for Corporate, People Services, and CCNA.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries regarding compensation matters, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
- Ensure guidelines are followed and all necessary approvals are obtained for compensation exceptions.
- Assist talent and regional compensation administration teams in compensation recommendations and resolving compensation issues.
- Coordinate with payroll for special compensation payouts during the cycle and throughout the year via RFAs.
- Support the Corporate, People Services, and CCNA Total Rewards team with peer equity analysis, data analysis, and compensation-related projects.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and SOPs for the team.
- Provide back-up and support to baseline operational activities for the Global Recognition Team.
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
**Related Work Experience**:
- 3+ years of compensation administration or related work experience.
- Advanced English Proficiency
**Functional Skills**:
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data analysis methods, including the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Workday business processes.
- Proficiency in MS Power Apps a plus.
