**The Role / Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for leading the development and administration of the company's total compensation programs, including base salary, short and long-term incentive compensation, job evaluations, and data analysis. This role will manage corporate-wide compensation initiatives such as the Global Annual Compensation Review cycle.
- Participate in and analyze industry survey data to settle competitiveness of total compensation programs and develop reports to share with line managers. Work with Comp & People teams to gather anecdotal driven data where survey data is limited and assist with interpreting and communicating the data
- Work with People Talent Partners on compensation matters, including job evaluations and providing recommendations for various compensation actions
- Review and approve ad hoc increases and one-time payments in SuccessFactors (WorkWise)
- Collaborate with People Talent Partners and Talent Acquisition team on proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
- Provide administrative support in WorkWise for salary planning and annual bonus processes, including supervising processes to completion
- Collaborate with Digital People Solutions team members to import foundational data such as salary structures and job codes
- Perform WorkWise data audits on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and work well with PeopleConnect to resolve identified data accuracy issues
- Maintain and update shared compensation documents for the Global People team
- Get along with other People, Finance, Legal and/or Tax colleagues as necessary
- Conduct sophisticated analyses for a broad range of ad hoc compensation projects
**Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent experience or tertiary qualifications in a related field
- 1-3 years' work experience in an analytical position (i.e. compensation professional, financial analyst, actuarial)
- Ability to operate in a face-paced environment with exciting priorities
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Good organization skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking, communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of salary surveys (i.e. McLagan, Radford) preferred
- Familiarity with the SuccessFactors platform preferred
