**Position Title: Community Manager**
**Location**:Remote (EST Timezone)

**Working Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (EST)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Community Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to increase member participation and interaction.
- Facilitate and moderate discussions to ensure productive dialogue.
- Organize online events, webinars, and live sessions to promote learning and networking.
- ** Content Management**:

- Curate and publish relevant content such as articles, blogs, and newsletters.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure regular and engaging materials.
- Monitor and analyze content performance for continuous improvement.
- ** Member Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for member support and guidance.
- Manage onboarding for new members, ensuring a smooth introduction.
- Gather and address member feedback to enhance community features.
- ** Technical and Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee the technical aspects of the online community platform.
- Maintain records of community activities and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
- ** Event Planning and Management**:

- Plan and execute online and occasional in-person community events.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors for successful event outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in online community management; Circle experience is a plus.
- A basic understanding of property management or real estate is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and online community tools.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Software Skills Required**:

- Essential: Zoom, Google Docs
- Comfortable learning quickly: Notion, Ninety.io (EOS tool), Circle (community platform)

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to the USA 4x per year for conferences and meetings (REQUIRED) of 1 to 2 days, with travel costs covered.
- Previous travel to the USA is necessary.
