We provide support to Citi's ICG's portfolio in 95 countries and 11 industry sectors for across our main business lines.
(Banking, Citi Commercial Bank and Markets).

Our team is looking for a Communications Sr. Analyst and Project Manager that is a team player with strong communication, planning and organizational skill.

**Responsibilities**:
The Communications Sr. Analyst and Project Manager is a key member of the Global Execution Support, Strategy & Communications team.
This global role requires to work and support senior leaders and partners throughout our organization to drive communications and projects across our internal channels, especially focused in that complement employee engagement and Human Capital strategies.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing internal communications support for major projects
- Support, maintain and streamline communication channels
- Writing organizational announcements, initiative-specific communications and talking points, including the coordination of employee-related events
- Support leadership and strategic delivery in driving consistent messaging that is clear, conversational, and engaging, with the right tone and information
- Act as a communication advisor to internal partners by providing support and guidance of our procedures and best practices on how to effectively communicate
- Partner closely with other communications teams to inform and advise on ongoing communications.

**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Interest in current communication trends
- Work experience in Banking, Finance, Risk, Business Administration, Communications, HR, Talent/Diversity/Development Programs or similar
- Proficiency in SharePoint design and development a must
Education
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree a plus
