**This position will support the Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Programs for the Finance Organization, including but not limited to the following tasks**:
- Art designing using infographics, videos, and other tools to develop efficient BPM Education materials for the Finance community worldwide.
- Design, deployment and sustaining of web pages (SharePoint) for the programs (BPM and Lean).
- Implementation of marketing techniques to communicate the programs for audiences of 2000+ employees (diversity of countries, generations, backgrounds, etc.)
- Analysis of target populations to create the right strategy to communicate and train with best results.
- Draft and manage communications and support a quarterly newsletter for the BPM program
**Qualifications**
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphical Design, Advertising, Journalism or related field.
- Upper intermediate knowledge of Adobe toolkit, video creation and marketing techniques
- Advanced English Level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advance Web design
- Project Management and Continuous improvement techniques
- Dashboarding and reporting
- Photography experience.
