- The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for key account management at Central America and Dominican Republic, usually managing a small team or managing specific account(s)/relationships.
Manage the business relationship and activities with key accounts in order to foster and extend the relationship and obtain the sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, developing deep understanding of customer challenges with respect to patients and identifying solutions that enhance patient care.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the achievement of the sales goals of the markets under his/her responsibility.
- Control of commercial management (negotiations with clients), financial (debit/credit notes), inventory management and supply, and coordination of activities with the marketing, regulatory and medical team.
- Coordination and management of Sell In variables through the Key Account Managers of the Central America and Dominican Republic countries.
- Coordination and management of the visiting sales force through the FLMs of the countries in question.
- Development of the relationship with the main stakeholders, distributors, doctors, pharmacies.

**Minimum requirements**
- Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar degree with MBA studies
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 10 years of experience in a regional role (Central America and Dominican Republic) leading teams at pharmaceutical companies
- Preferably knowledge at generics industry
- Strong influence skills
