Commercial Collections Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
**Collection Specialist**
- Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate right parties on high collectability or value accounts
- Determine suitability of accounts for legal action, Determine suitability of judgment accounts for enforcement action
- Monitor client accounts to identify outstanding debts, Investigate historical data for each client
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Upkeep database with new information and changes
- Report on collection activity

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years as Collection Specialist or similar role (accounts receivable, collections)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Comfortable working with multiple clients
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills

Pay: ¢500,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
