Commercial BI Analyst
Being responsible, on behalf of the GBS, for providing all the support, maintenance and service to the key user and main stakeholders in the implementation and utilization of SFA (Sales Force Automation) for the entire Latin American region.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Execute the initial configuration of the functional variables of the SFA tool.
- Ensure the correct maintenance and updating of the hierarchies of clients, points of sale, groups and others, within the SFA tool.
- Guarantee the correct loading and parameterization of the data and targets required for the Retail Execution module for the point of sale audits of the field team.
- Be the link between the GBS and the SFA team at a technical level, understanding in depth and acting as a Key User from the GBS part.
- Work hand in hand with your Sales Admin colleagues serving as an advisor regarding everything related to the SFA tools.
- carry out all the administration of the data of the points of sale
- Be the responsible to guide the team and to solve any question or issue that de merchandisers team (external customers) and the Sales executives or retail execution team (Internal customers) could have with the SFA App.
- Guarantee the correct creation and adminstration of Users, Org Units, POS, Regions, Products and all the data required for the correct performance of the SFA Tool.
- Calculation and deployment of the settlement of sales incentives of the different areas
- Support the design and transformation of the incentive report
- Validation of the calculation of incentives according to the current incentive policies.
**Requirements**:
- Graduated or finishing studies of Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related careers.
- 4+ years of experience in functional areas of Business intelligence, Revenue Management, sales support, or some Sales Tool users support.
- Desirable experience in the commercial and marketing area, and Business Analytics Management.
- Intermediate-advanced English or Portugues (ideal both).
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- End User support - Customer services
- Results orientation, organization, and prioritization
- Proactivity.
- Operating knowledge of SAP, BW, Hanna, Oracle or similar (nice to have)
- Desirable Power BI knowledge (or other visual Analytics tools)
