- The main purpose of this role is to generate the best customer experience to the pharmacy, to all customers served by Customer Care through a deep customer knowledge, personalized and proactive attention.
This role is the first contact line for the sales force with central, making an exhaustive follow-up of the consultations and / or incidents generated in a client through this.Experienced sales support professionals responsible for delivering key sales support services (Training, analysis, demand planning etc).
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly demand tracking and ensuring an adequate processing of compromised sales
- Look after demand accuracy on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Support in demand planning cycle by creating, managing and following up on relevant initiatives for the business -Tender documentation management, filing and classification- Pricing database with historic information to support timely and informed business decisions
- Support in tender and private specialty molecule price definition and analysis
- Support in creating and presenting decks to external and internal stakeholders of various departments and positions
- Support the organization by creating, analyzing and consolidating commercial information to ensure future growth with an adequate portfolio

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- 2 years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including assertiveness and client oriented mindset
- Track record of sound problem-solving skills and action-oriented mindset
- Good communication and written skills in English -Experience working on Agile teams is a plus
