The Collections Analyst will be in charge of the analysis of delinquent customer issues, developing solutions, and implementing action plans to resolve delinquencies in an effective manner.
Provide customer service regarding collections issues, prepare reports, process refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
**What you'll do**
- Accountable for reducing delinquency of assigned accounts
- Follow-up on customer past due balances appropriately
- Ensure all analysis, reconciliations and reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines
**What experience you need**
- English B2/C1
- 1 year Excel experience
- 1 year experience in the accounting department
- 1 year customer service experience
**What could set you apart**
- Oracle and Salesforce experience
- University student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finances, or a related career
- Accuracy and analytical skills
- Sense of accountability/ responsibility
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
