Collections Junior Analyst

The Collections Analyst will be in charge of the analysis of delinquent customer issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans to resolve delinquencies in an effective manner. Provide customer service regarding collections issues, prepare reports, process refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

**What you'll do**
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Follow-up on customer past due balances appropriately
- Ensure all analysis, reconciliations and reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines
- Contact the customers as required
- Prepare and analyze aging reports
- Work on month end closing activities
- Perform other duties as assigned

**What experience you need**
- English fluency B2
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience
- 1 year Excel / Google Sheets Experience (70% Passing Score)
