**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all customer communications and services relating to collection processes
- Advise customers and support them in finding solutions and products appropriate to their needs while aligning with company standards, procedures, and policies in accordance with designated sales scripts
- Ensure that customers are clearly informed of the conditions surrounding their product purchases
- Maintain and update accurate records of customers from whom collections are made
- Actively perform day-to-day collection operations and maintain compliance with standard business practices to reduce operational risk, risk of regulatory non-compliance, money laundering and terrorist financing, and financial misconduct
- Fulfill responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Non-Compliance Risk Management Framework, the International Manual on Money Laundering Prevention and Terrorism Financing, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
- Maintain a comprehensive risk management process as well as perform necessary due diligence for suppliers
- Understand company risk culture and observe acceptable risk tolerance in daily activities and decisions
Qualifications:
- High School Degree
- +2 years minimum experience in telephone sales or collection of financial or insurance products
- Firm grasp of MS Office products including Excel and Word
- Deep understanding of local financial and regulatory markets
- Proven success using and deploying credit-related products
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in Spanish required
- Basic fluency in English, both spoken and written, is preferred
