We are looking for CNC Specialist who love mastering a domain, striving for continuous improvement and live and breathe collaboration with your colleagues then Coloplast has a great opportunity for you.
As our new CNC Administrator you will be working on the fundamental Coloplast ERP platform based on IBM Server (AS400), SAN and Integrations (IBM IIB) technology.
Coloplast ERP system is based on JD Edwards from Oracle.
The team
Being part of our Global IT ERP Operations you'll be working on a IT system which is used by thousands of our colleagues worldwide.
When needed, you'll have the skills and the quick-decision making ability to deal with queries and problems in order to get systems up and running again.
We want you to be able to investigate and really sink your teeth into why something didn't work out the way it should - and once you've done that, work out what we can do to stop it happening again.
Our Global IT ERP Operations team is about driving a reduction in interrupt work (or firefighting) and delivering a corresponding increase in service quality.
You'll be gaining deep technical knowledge of our services as well as insights into how an international company runs.

The job
The main responsibility for you would be to support the operations and maintaining of Coloplast ERP environment implemented in a dual data center setup with data mirrored on 2 different locations.
You contribute to ensure that our day-2-day operational deliveries live up to agreed SLA agreements.
**Requirements**:
Identify potential operational enhancements (e.g.
performance, surveillance, quick fix processes)
Identify areas where there are no formalized processes and improvements for existing processes
Look out for capacity issues and suggest relevant changes
Timely notification of new HW-investments
Ensure up-2-date operational documentation
Participate in an operational watch rotation
Nice to have
Provide service, support, and maintenance on integrations
- Experience with integrations of different platforms/solutions
- Have a broad understanding of IT systems in general
- Work with DevOps to help automate systems, streamline deployments, and improve efficiencies
Your qualifications
The best person for this role is someone that has a collaborative spirit, is honest and straight forward.
We'd love it if you have 5+ years of experience working as a CNC administrator based on DB2.
Also experience with IBM AS400, Integration technology and IBM SAN technologies or DBA skills would be a plus.
If you like mastering Best Practice within IT Operations and going deep, we need you.
If you can juggle three tasks and coordinate multiple people in the heat of an incident, we need you.
