**What We'll Bring**:
Defines, designs and implements network communications and solution improvements. Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Manages the load configuration of a central data communication processor and makes recommendations for purchase or upgrade of data networks. Coordinates terminal orders and cable installation, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing and servicing. Approves action requests and specifies purchase requirement. Negotiates and places orders with common carriers.

- Excellent verbal and written c ommunication skills. Ability to provide a good understanding of high level technical solutions to leadership and other non-technical audiences, but also be able to deep dive in this as needed.

- Experience in technologies but not limited to SDN like VMware NSX-T, VCF, VRA, VRO and other VMware products.
- Hands on experience in LAN/WAN/SDWAN, Network Protocols, Network Monitoring, Security, VPN, DCNM, Cisco Spine/Leaf.
- Ability to build services for process automation using products like VRA/TFE/Python/Ansible and similar technologies.
- Capacity and budget management for improvement and cost reduction.
