The Cloud Service Engineer is responsible for the provision and configure servers with mandated infrastructure components while following industry best practices. _
**What you'll do**:
- Ensure ongoing operating system compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards
Support ancillary systems utilized by infrastructure teams
- Resolve server and operating system infrastructure incidents
- Provide Tier 2 diagnostics/troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents and problems
- Provide Tier 2 assistance to Tier 1 server teams
- Proactively monitor infrastructure health and capacity
- Provide audit and compliance data as required
- Provide specialty support for Unix/Linux systems, and cloud enabled solutions.
**What experience you need**:
- 2 years experience in Automate capabilities into the overall platform
- 2 years experience document systems, processes, incidents, and changes
- 2 years overall experience working with the following technologies**:Google Cloud or AWS development, Jenkins, Chef, Terraform and Ant Experience. Strong GitHub skills**
- 2 years of experience with **Python and/or Bash**
- 2 years of **OS (RedHat/Windows Server) experience**
- English proficiency B2 or above

- **Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred**
- Experience with DISA STIG Configuration & Management
- CIS Benchmark expertise
- Experience with Public Cloud environments, AWS, AZURE and GCP
- Solid communication skills including strong verbal presentation skills. Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB solution design & configuration.
- Scripting using JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, RegEx, SQL, etc.
