You will act as the point of contact for internal Data Migration and Technical support organizations to support platform transformations to the cloud and other data lake repositories.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, in order to provide a comprehensive and seamless customer migration experience.
**What you'll do**:
- Responsible for processing input data files in common formats (.csv,.txt, etc.)
and transforming said data into Equifax formats that can be translated into Equifax services.
- Submit and follow up on Jira tickets when necessary.
- Prioritize and coordinate execution of requests for a timely and accurate service delivery.
- Follow the process of the orders and perform tests until successfully completed.
- Perform cross checking QA of the keyed orders.
**What experience you need**:
- 1+ year of back office or customer service experience.
- English skills both oral and written (B2+)
- Typing 25+ words per minute.
- 6 months experience (Microsoft Windows) or Google Suite.
**What could set you apart**:
- Knowledge of service order systems such has ServiceNow, Ticketing Systems, etc
- Strong attention to detail and right first time approach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
